Greetings,
Recently there have been discussions as to whether the Gerontology Wiki should "include" other organizations such as LQ, the ESO, or the LAS. Obviously, the Gerontology Wiki started with the GWR-GRG Validation Protocol. Some feel that "validation" is for peer-reviewed. reliable websites only. Others think some non-peer-reviewed websites have a reasonable reliability track record and could be included also. I think it is reasonable to consider coming up with ways to find common-ground solutions in the attempt to properly document, verify, and validate the maximum human lifespan. I think one solution is:
A. Make separate article lists for "List of Supercentenarians Validated by Group X"
B. Make separate columns for validation status checklist boxes.
C. Make separate "sections" for each group.
D. Use the word "Verified" for non-peer reviewed materials.
I'm open to hearing other thoughts on this if the Comments are objective, fair, and considerate. No Ad Hominem personal attacks.
