Abram Habib (1 April 1915 – 16 January 2025) was an Yemeni-born Israeli centenarian who was the oldest known living man in Israel at the time of his death.
Biography[]
Abram Habib was born in Ottoman Empire (now Yemen), on 1 April 1915. Later he emigrated to Israel. In April 2015, he turned 100.
On 28 April 2023, following the death of 110-year-old Morris Wioskowski, Habib became the oldest known living man in Israel.
Abram Habib died in Petah Tikva, Central District, Israel, on 16 January 2025, at the age of 109 years, 290 days. Following his death, then 105-year-old Jehuda Widawski became the oldest known living man in Israel.
