Ada Vitezic (13 Februaru 1907 – 10 August 2012) was a Croatian centenarian who was the oldest known living woman in Croatia, following the death of Lina Miljan on 9 May 2012, until her own death. At the time of her death she was the second oldest known living person in Croatia, behind Mateo Palaversic.

Ada Vitezic was born in the vicinity of Zagreb, Austria-Hungary (now Croatia) on 13 February 1907 to Antun and Vinka Anger.
Following the death of Lina Miljan on 9 May 2012, Ada Vitezic became the oldest known living woman in Croatia.
Vitezic died in Zagreb, Croatia on 10 August 2012 at the age of 105 years, 179 days. Following the her death, then-105-year-old Paulina Prodan became the oldest known living woman in Croatia.
