Adelina Riitano (23 December 1908 – 16 January 2019) was an Italian supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group.
Biography[]
Adelina was born in Lipari, Sicily, Italy on 23 December 1908. After her father's death, she moved, aged 8, to Messina, with her mother and three brothers. After a few years, she returned to Lipari and married Aldo Carnevale. The couple had two daughters.
Riitano died in Lipari, Sicily, Italy on 16 January 2019 at the age of 110 years, 24 days.
