Alberto Montero (born 11 January 1914) is a Panamanian centenarian who is one of the oldest known survivors of COVID-19, having recovered from the disease at the age of 106. He also is the third-oldest known living man in Panama, behind Macario Cardenas, and Gilberto Abrego.
Biography
Alberto Montero was born in Panama on 11 January 1914.
During the coronavirus pandemic, Montero contracted COVID-19. By 11 January 2021, he had successfully recovered, making him one of the oldest survivors of the disease.
Montero currently lives in Aguadulce, Cocle Province, Panama, at the age of 108 years, 166 days.
