Alceste Preda Ferri (4 July 1905 – 17 August 2010) was a San Marinese centenarian. She is currently the oldest known woman ever from San Marino.
Biography[]
Alceste Ferri was born in San Marino on 4 July 1905. She was a teacher in Montegiardino.
On her 104th birthday in 2009, Ferri was reported as the oldest living woman in San Marino. On 13 August 2010, she was hospitalized at the state's hospital in Cailungo, a parish of Borgo Maggiore.
Alceste Ferri died in Cailungo, Borgo Maggiore, San Marino on 17 August 2010, at the age of 105 years, 44 days.
