Altagracia Valdes Vera [Spanish: Valdés] (6 January 1911 – 14 March 2023) was a Mexican supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).

Early Life[]
Altagracia Valdes Vera was born in Cuautla, Morelos, Mexico, on 6 January 1911. She was the daughter of Francisco Valdes Benitez and Genoveva Vera Rodriguez. She was the eldest of eight siblings. She attended her first 3 years (from 1° to 3°) of elementary school in a girls' school, and her last 3 years (from 4° to 6°) in a nuns school in Mexico City.
Later, she took courses in dressmaking, machine embroidery, knitting, cooking, shorthand, and typing. In 1939, she worked as an assistant and as a secretary to the director, as a teacher and in the prefecture of the institution. She also worked at home.
She married Ernesto Zamudio Salgado in 1942, they had two children (Maria Irene and Ernesto), she had five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Later Life[]
Valdes Vera belonged to the Secular Franciscan Order until she was 90 years-old. She was the president, secretary, guardian, treasurer of this very place.
At the time of her death, she was took cared for by her daughter Maria Irene and a nurse. At the age of 107, she still read, watched TV, drew, and helped with simple chores around the home. She celebrated her 110th birthday in January 2021.
Valdes Vera dide in Cuautla, Morelos, Mexico, on 14 March 2023, at the age of 112 years, 67 days.
