Angelica Ordonez de Colodro (26 April 1910 – 12 March 2021) was a Bolivian supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). At time of her death, she was one of last known nurses of the Chaco War and the oldest known living person in Bolivia.

Biography[]

Angelica Ordonez de Colodro was born in Carandayti, Luis Calvo, Chuquisaca Department, Bolivia, on 26 April 1910. She served as nurse during the Chaco War between 1932 and 1935. At some point (reportedly prior to 1932), she married and had 12 children. She gave birth to her youngest child, Nery, when she was around 44 years old.

On 26 April 2020, she celebrated her 110th birthday, becoming a supercentenarian.

Angelica Ordonez de Colodro died in Carandayti, Luis Calvo, Chuquisaca Department, Bolivia, on 12 March 2021, at the age of 110 years, 320 days. She was survived by three of her children, 21 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and 18 great-great-grandchildren. Her eldest grandson was 67 at the time.
