Anna Leglise (1 September 1910 – 9 March 2021) was a Swiss-born French supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).

Biography

Anna Leglise was born in Canton of Thurgau, Switzerland on 1 September 1910. She celebrated her 110th birthday in September 2020.

She became the oldest known living person born in Switzerland upon the death of 112-year-old Alice Schaufelberger-Hunziker on 16 November 2020.

Leglise passed away in Angers, Maine-et-Loire, Pays de la Loire, France, on 9 March 2021, age 110 years 189 days. She was the second-oldest known person in Pays de la Loire behind Marie-Rose Tessier.
