Anna Schwab (née Kurt; 6 February 1868 - 14 February 1978) was a Swiss-American woman notable for her long lifespan.

Biography

Anna Kurt was born in Durrenroth, Switzerland on 6 February 1868 and emigrated to the USA at a young age. She married Fred Schwab in Delaware, Ohio in 1895 and had six children, three of them living past their 100th birthday. The family moved to Kansas in the 1890's and Schwab spent the remainder of her life in the area.

Schwab attributed her longevity to hard work and trusting in God. Anna Schwab died in Keats, Kansas on 14 February 1978, aged 110 years, 8 days.
