Anne Olsen (née Hilton; 23 June 1891 – 16 December 2001) was an American supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). She held the New Mexico state longevity record but this record was broken by Dora McRae in 2009.
Biography
Anne Olsen was born in Socorro, New Mexico, USA on 23 June 1891. Her parents were Jacob Hansen Hilton (1855–1908), a Norwegian immigrant and Emily (née Kornitzer) Hilton (1870–1961), a druggist. She had three siblings.
She married Harold Olsen. The couple not had children. She got widowed in 1972.
One of her siblings, Dr. Robert Hilton (1902–2005) lived to be 102.
Anne Olsen died in Maricopa, Arizona, USA on 16 December 2001 at the age of 110 years, 176 days.
