Aubrey David Nicholas Jasper de Grey[1] (born 20 April 1963) is a British biogerontologist and longevity researcher. He is well-known for his plans to radically extend the lifespans of humans and end the process of intrinsic aging, and he predicts that, in the near future, humans might be able to live for 1,000+ years. He is the founder of the SENS (Strategies for Engineered Negligible Senescence) project, the goal of which is to end aging and dramatically extend lifespans.
In August 2021, following allegations of sexual harassment by two women, de Grey was put on administrative leave by SENS.[2]
