Bedriska Kohlerova [Czech: Bedřiška Köhlerová] (1 July 1907 – 19 June 2016) was an Italian-born Czech centenarian who was the oldest known living person in the Czech Republic at the time of her death.

Biography[]

Bedřiška Köhlerová was born in Merano, Trentino-Alto Adige Region, Austria-Hungary (now Italy), on 1 July 1907. Together with her relatives, she moved to Brno in 1919. She married in 1933 and spent 35 years with her husband, and the couple had no children.

On 20 May 2015, following the death of 110-year-old Marie Behenská, she became the oldest known living person in the Czech Republic.

Bedřiška Köhlerová died in Brno, South Moravian Region, Czech Republic, on 19 June 2016, at the age of 108 years, 354 days. Following her death, then 108-year-old an anonymous woman of South Moravian Region, became the oldest known living person in the Czech Republic.
