Ben Meyers attended The University of Florida, where he became class president and University of Florida Student Senate President in 2010. He graduated in 2012. He joined in the military in June 2012.

In 2007, Ben Meyers created an Internet forum called The 110 Club, which would go on to become the most popular discussion site about supercentenarians on the web.

In 2022, along with Robert Young, Meyers became one of the founders of LongeviQuest.
