Bernadette Thompson (24 March 1911 – 15 February 2023) was a Saint Lucian supercentenarian who was the oldest known living person in Saint Lucia at the time of her death. Her age was validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG) in 2023.
Biography[]
Bernadette Thompson was born in Saint Lucia on 24 March 1911. In March 2021, she celebrated her 110th birthday.
Thompson died in Castries South-East, Saint Lucia on 15 February 2023 at the age of 111 years, 328 days. Following her death, then 110-year-old Octavie Augustine became the oldest known living person in Saint Lucia.
