Bernice M. "Babcia" Laboda (née Sliwa; 9 February 1913 – 11 May 2023) was an American supercentenarian whose age is validated by LongeviQuest (LQ).

Bernice Laboda was born on 9 February 1913 in Chicago, Illinois, USA to John and Katharine (née Tomasiewicz) Sliwa. By 1940 she was married to John Laboda who died in August 1996.
In February 2023, she celebrated her 110th birthday and became a supercentenarian.
Bernice Laboda died in La Moille, Illinois, USA on 11 May 2023 at the age of 110 years, 91 days. She was the third-oldest known living person in Illinois at the time of her death, after Susie Lewis and Juanita Mitchell.
