Bertha Pautz (December 20, 1885 – October 16, 1996) was an American verified supercentenarian. She was born in Plano, Kendall County, Illinois, to Martin and Anna Boomer. She had five other siblings. When she was three years old, the family relocated to a farm near Fairview.
On April 10, 1907, she married Ferdinand Pautz and moved to Kansas. He died in 1942, and she subsequently moved in with her father (who was 82 at the time). At age 103, she moved to a nursing home in Nehama County, Kansas.
Pautz died on October 16, 1996, at the age of 110 years, 301 days. Her sister, Grace Sawyer, lived to be 100.
