Boua Keophannga claimed to be born in Khammouane, Laos on 17 May 1897. Later, She moved to United States.
Boua Keophannga died in Mabelvale, Arkansas, USA on 17 November 2007 at the claimed age of 110 years, 180 days. She was preceded in death by her husband, Phon Phonvilai, her sons, Chum Phonvilai, Hanh Phonthydeth, Vahn Keophannga, and Tanh Keophannga, she is survived by her son, Chom Keophannga of Mabelvale, her daughter, Chanh Keophannga of Laos, her grandsons, Vixen Phonvilai of Little Rock, Boulien Phonvilai of France, Khamkhien Phonvilai of Mabelvale, Khamvien Phonvilai of Russellville, Soulaphone Phonthydeth of Alma, Thong Keophannga and Vhanh Keophannga, both of Fort Smith, her granddaughters, Sakonh Taylor of Fort Smith, Kaylee Chanthapasouk of Van Buren, Anna Keophannga of Minnesota, and five other grandchildren in Laos, twenty-seven great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
