Camille Carmel Faget (née Duprat; 18 July 1913 – 23 October 2025) was a French supercentenarian whose age was validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).

Early Life[]

Camille Faget was born as Camille Carmel Duprat in Villeneuve-de-Marsan, Landes, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France, on 18 July 1913, where she has lived her entire life.

On 21 September 1936 in Villeneuve-de-Marsan, at the age of 23, she married Marcel Faget. The couple had one son, Guy, and they worked in the haulage industry and in a lemonade factory.

Later Life[]

In 2010, Faget moved into a nursing home, where she currently lives. In July 2023, she celebrated her 110th birthday and became a supercentenarian.

As a supercentenarian, Faget has some mobility issues, though she takes only a few medications. She also enjoys eating sweets and having an occasional glass of champagne.

Camille Faget died in Villeneuve-de-Marsan, Landes, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France, on 23 October 2025 at the age of 112 years, 97 days. At the time of her death, she was the oldest known living person in Landes department.
