Camille Katherine (Saccone) Falcone (27 May 1913 – 28 August 2023) was an American supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).

Biography[]

Camille Falcone was born in Cleveland, Ohio, USA to Basila and Catarina (Farfala) Saccone on 27 May 1913. She was raised in Cleveland and went to work for Joseph and Feiss as a seamstress where she devoted over 20 years of her life to the company. She met and later married Anthony Falcone. In her free time, she enjoyed bowling and she loved to read.

Falcone is survived by her daughter, Camille (Marc) Bobinsky, of Mackinac Island; granddaughters, Laura (Kevin) Wilk and Anna Langstaff; great-grandchildren, Zachary Wilk, Madeline Wilk, Henry Langstaff; along with many nieces and nephews who will miss her greatly.

Falcone was preceded in death by her parents, Basila and Catarina; husband, Anthony Falcone; brothers, Samuel (Helen) Saccone and Bill (Pauline) Saccone; and sister Mary Snipple.

In May 2023, Falcone celebrated her 110th birthday and became a supercentenarian.

Camille Falcone died peacefully at her home in Mackinac Island, Michigan, USA on 28 August 2023 at the age of 110 years, 93 days.

Falcone's age was verified by Robert Young, and (posthumously) validated by the GRG on 2 January 2024.
