Chen Changniang [Chinese: 陈昌娘] (born July 1909) is a Chinese supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).

Chen Changniang claims to have been born in July 1909 in Anxi County, Quanzhou, Fujian, Qing dynasty (now China). She married, and had a son and a daughter. She moved in Zhangzhou in the 1950s.

Chen's husband left her in the 1960s. Because she was alone, and her son was in Indonesia, she moved with her daughter's family. After her retirement in 1993, she used to walk in the parks and to go out with friends.

In her centenarian years, Chen was able to take care of herself, and to do simple chores (like laundry). However, in 2017, she fell and broke her left femur in 2017, and had to underwent a surgery. In 2019, her daughter, Mrs. Li (aged 81 in 2019), and her grandson, Mr. Li, were taking care of her.

On 30 August 2019, Chen tried to get out of bed while her grandson was absent, and broke her right femur. She was sent at hospital, and underwent a surgery on 3 September, making her the oldest person to have undergone a surgery in Zhangzhou hospital.

In September 2019, Chen was reported to be lucid, but to have high blood pressure. In October 2021, she was reported to be the second-oldest living person in Zhangzhou, after 119-year-old Lin Shemu (born 18 June 1902?).

Chen Changniang currently lives in Yan'an Community, Xiangcheng District, Zhangzhou, Fujian, China, at the age of at least 112 years, 177 days.
