Claire M. Dunning (née Beakes; 20 August 1878 – 27 September 1990) was an American supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).
Biography[]
Claire Dunning was born as Claire M. Beakes in Newburgh, Orange County, New York, United States on 20 August 1878. Her parents were William Benjamin Beakes and Clara (née Embler) Beakes. She married William Owen Dunning in 1893. They had one son: Charles Henry Dunning (1909–1984).
Claire Dunning died in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, United States on 27 September 1990 at the age of 112 years, 38 days.
