Cleotilde Gomez de Carrillo (3 November 1911 – 2 January 2022) was a Colombian supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).

Cleotilde Gomez de Carrillo was born in Anolaima, Cundinamarca, Colombia on 3 November 1911. In November 2021, she celebrated her 110th birthday.
Gomez de Carrillo died in Bogota, Colombia on 2 January 2022 at the age of 110 years, 60 days. She was the first known supercentenarian to die in 2022.
