Colombe Benoit-Leclerc (5 February 1903 – 14 January 2015) was a validated Canadian supercentenarian.
Biography
Colombe Benoit-Leclerc was born in Granby, Quebec, Canada on 5 February 1903. She married Roland Leclerc at the age of 42, with whom she spent 36 years of her life. The couple had no children. They lived for 10 years in Mexico. Benoit-Leclerc was also a painter and made beautiful paintings until she was 100 years old. She died on 14 January 2015 aged 111 years, 343 days. She was the oldest living person in Canada following the passing of Merle Barwis on 22 November 2014 until her own death and was succeeded by Orma Slack.
