Constance Barrow Young (1 November 1869 – 27 July 1980) was a British supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group.
Young was born in Winchester, Hampshire, England, where she also died at the age of 110 years, 269 days. At the time of her death, she was the second-oldest living person in the United Kingdom, after Florence Pannell.
