Consuelo Borja de Sandoval (24 February 1910 – 8 August 2021) was a Mexican supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). She is the oldest known person who died in the Mexican state of Baja California.

Consuelo Borja de Sandoval was born in Jalpa, Zacatecas, Mexico on 24 February 1910. She married Celio Sandoval. She celebrated her 110th birthday in February 2020.
Borja de Sandoval died in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico on 8 August 2021 at the age of 111 years, 165 days.
