Corine Snow (née Craig; 1 December 1904 – 5 December 2016) was a validated American supercentenarian. She was the oldest known living person in the state of Texas.

Corine was born in Hawkins, Wood County, Texas, USA, on 1 December 1904. Her parents were Ed and Blanche Craig. She married John Louis Snow in July 1923. She had 2 daughters: Fannie Brower and Christine Morris. She lived in Sulphur Springs, Texas.
Snow died on 5 December 2016 at the age of 112 years, 4 days.
