David Crawford (21 March 1915 – 5 July 2023) was a British centenarian who was the oldest known living man in Scotland at the time of his death.
Biography[]
David Crawford was born in Scotland, UK on 21 March 1915. He had at least one granddaughter: Shona Darling.
Crawford became the oldest known living man in Scotland following the death of 106-year-old George Pollard on 20 April 2021.
Crawford died peacefully at the Hilton Lodge nursing home, Haddington, East Lothian, Scotland, UK on 5 July 2023 at the age of 108 years, 106 days. At the time of his death, he was the oldest known living person in East Lothian, and the third-oldest known living person in Scotland, behind Marion Dawson and Ailsa Stewart.
