Doris Sperber (born Dora Jablonsky; 28 January 1908 – 9 May 2019) was an American supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group.

Doris Sperber claimed to have to have been born as Dora Jablonsky on 28 January 1908, although she claims she has a birth certificate which erroneously says 21 January. She was born in New York, but she isn't sure if it was in Brooklyn or Manhattan. Her parents were two Jewish immigrants from Poland. As a young woman, she worked in her parents' tailor shop in Brooklyn.

In the 1930s, she married Reuben Sperber, an accountant, with whom she had four sons. After getting married, she worked for New York Social Services before becoming a homemaker and an assistant in her husband’s accounting practice. She also became involved with Hadassah, a Jewish women's volunteering organisation. The couple retired to Florida where they lived for 30 years, before moving to San Francisco, California, in the early 2000s to be closer to their sons. Reuben died in 2007, aged 100, after 75 years of marriage.

In her final years, Sperber lived in a Jewish senior living home in San Francisco, and it was reported that she used a wheelchair and suffered from dementia. At the age of 100, she had her adult bat mitzvah, because her parents only held bar mitzvahs for boys. She died on 9 May 2019 at the age of 111 years, 101 days.
