Edith Etheline Young also known as Estelle Maree Young-Davis (20 July 1908 – 28 November 2018) was a Vincentian supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). She was the first (known) supercentenarian claim from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

Biography[]

Edith Etheline Young was born in Georgetown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on 20 July 1908.

She married and had five children: three daughters and two sons. Her husband died in 1975.

As of July 2014, she had three living children, 15 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren. She also had one surviving brother in his nineties.

She lived with her daughter Vidors Davis (aged 70 in July 2014).

Edith Etheline Young died in Mt Bentinck, Georgetown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on 28 November 2018 at the age of 110 years, 128 days.
