Eki Takakura (Japanese: 高倉エキ; 10 February 1864 – 20 July 1974) was a Japanese supercentenarian whose age was validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG) on 29 November 2022.

Takakura was born in Japan, on 10 February 1864. At the time of death, she was the 3rd oldest (known) living person in Japan, behind Niwa Kawamoto and Mito Umeta.
Takakura died in Oita Prefecture, Japan, on 20 July 1974, at the age of 110 years, 160 days.
