Elinor S. Miller (née Hall; 5 November 1878 – 8 May 1989) was an American supercentenarian whose age was validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG) on 26 July 2018.
Biography[]
Miller was born as Elinor S. Hall in Vilas, Kansas, USA, on 5 November 1878. She worked as a salesperson for the T.M. James China Company for 20 years until the late 1930s. She worked for several oatmeal companies as well, and was also a Baptist.
At some point, she married Alfred E. "Bob" Miller, who worked as a commercial artist. Her husband died in 1972.
Miller died in a nursing in Shawnee, Kansas, USA, on 8 May 1989, at the age of 110 years, 184 days. She was survived by three nieces and two nephews.
