Elisabeth Collot (née Benoist; 21 June 1903 – 4 September 2016) was a French supercentenarian who was the oldest validated person living in France from the death of Eudoxie Baboul on 1 July 2016 until her own death.

Biography[]

Elisabeth Marie Louise Benoist was born in Haute-Marne department in the then-region of Champagne-Ardenne on 21 June 1903. In 1925, she married and the couple subsequently relocated to Echirolles, Isere department. They had six children in total.

Collot expressed surprise at her longevity during her 110th birthday in 2013, stating that God had forgotten her. She was still mentally alert at the time. She died on 4 September 2016 at the age of 113 years, 75 days.
