Elizabeth Etheridge (14 December 1850 – 2 July 1957) was a British centenarian who was the oldest known living person in the United Kingdom at the time of her death.

Elizabeth Etheridge was born on 14 December 1850 in England, United Kingdom, as one of 17 children. Her husband died in 1895.
Etheridge became the oldest person in the country following the death of 106-year-old Fanny Hopkins on 16 February 1957. She died in Uckfield, Sussex, UK, on 2 July 1957, aged 106 years, 200 days. As of 2020, she remains the youngest titleholder to die. Her successor as the oldest person in the UK was Sophia Wellstead of nearby Lewes.
