Ella Mae Savage (née Chatmon; 12 May 1907 – 30 January 2018) was an American supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group.
Biography
Savage was in Concord, Georgia, USA, the third of 12 children born to Tom and Fannie Jane Chatmon, on 12 May 1907. At a young age, her family moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee. She had several jobs, including working on a farm and in a motel laundry room. She was married to Elton Savage until his death in 1968. They had one daughter, Lillie Mae Savage.
Ella Savage died in Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA, on 30 January 2018 at the age of 110 years, 263 days.
