Elsie Johnson Maney (née Johnson; 28 March 1894 – 3 March 2007) was an American supercentenarian whose age has been validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). She was the oldest known person in the U.S. state of North Carolina when she died.

Elsie Johnson Maney was born in Buncombe County, North Carolina, United States, on 28 March 1894. She was the oldest of at least seven children born to her parents, John and Mattie (née Slagle) Johnson. She later married Thomas William Maney and worked as a nurse’s aide for most of her adult life. She frequented the First Alliance Church in Asheville, North Carolina.
Elsie Maney died in Weaverville, North Carolina, USA, on 3 March 2007 at the age of 112 years, 340 days. She was the 10th-oldest known person in the world at the time of her death, despite her age being validated posthumously on 7 August 2007. She was survived by many nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
