Emi Matsuda [Japnese: 松田ヱミ] (2 March 1913 – 28 August 2023) was a Japanese supercentenarian whose age was validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG) in 2023. She was the oldest known living person in Iwate Prefecture at the time of her death.

Emi Matsuda was born in Kitakami, Iwate Prefecture, Japan on 2 March 1913.
In March 2023, Matsuda celebrated her 110th birthday and became a supercentenarian.
Emi Matsuda died in Kitakami, Iwate Prefecture, Japan on 28 August 2023 at the age of 110 years, 179 days. Following her death, then-110-year-old Ichi Kubota became the oldest known living person in Iwate Prefecture.
