Erna Henningsen (24 May 1889 – 27 February 2000) was a validated German supercentenarian who was one of the oldest residents of Germany.
Biography
Erna Henningsen was born in Eisleben, Saxony, Germany, on 24 May 1889. She celebrated her 110th birthday on 24 May 1999. Henningsen was Germany's second-oldest validated living person behind Maria Laqua.
Erna Henningsen died in Tempelhof, Berlin, on 27 February 2000 at the age of 110 years, 279 days. Her case was validated by the Gerontology Research Group on 5 January 2015.
