Estefania Alcira Claure Bejarano (born 26 December 1916) is a Bolivian centenarian who is currently the oldest known living person in Bolivia.

Estefania Alcira Claure Bejarano was born in Tarija, Tarija Department, Bolivia, on 26 December 1916 to Eleuterio Claure and Trinidad Marquez. She had 5 siblings. She was christened on 30 December 1916.

On 23 June 2025, following the death of 108-year-old Samuel Chuquimia Murillo, she became the oldest known living person in Bolivia. However, an anonymous woman, also known as Estela, claims to be older at the age of 111.

Estefania Alcira Claure Bejarano currently resides in the Hogar de Ancianos Santa Teresa Jornet Tarija nursing home in Tajira Department, Bolivia at the age of 108 years, 345 days. On Spring Day at the nursing home, she participated in a game where the elders are in wheelchairs and you have to maneuver and push the wheelchairs around. The elders are represented with different kinds of animals, for example, Estefania Alcira Claure Bejarano represents a cow, which stands as her gesture ever since.
