Ethel Papke was born as Ethel M. Starkweather in New York, USA, on 1 February 1892. She married William Frederick Papke (born 1885) and had one son, William Jr.
Ethel Papke passed away in Lockport, New York, USA, on 11 February 2002 at the age of 110 years, 10 days. She was the eighth-oldest known person in New York at the time of her death, according to the GRG’s Table A of validated supercentenarians.
