Etsu Nishiura [Japanese: 西浦ヱツ] (19 February 1905 – c.11 July 2017) was a validated Japanese supercentenarian.
Biography
Her favourite foods were sushi and sashimi. She ate 2 meals every day, breakfast and dinner. In 2010, she moved into a nurisng home. At the age of 111, she was able to read the newspapers.
Etsu was the oldest living person in Osaka Prefecture since Take Tanaka of Matsubara went to limbo on 28 April 2016. Etsu died in Yao City, Osaka Prefecture around 11 July 2017 at the age of 112 years, c.142 days.
