Ina Fay Smeltzer (née Gifford; 4 February 1894 – 28 May 2004) was an American supercentenarian whose age is validated by Gerontology Research Group (GRG).

Fay Smeltzer was born as Ina Fay Gifford in Illinois, USA on 4 February 1894. Her parents were Charles Fremont Gifford and Maggie Ellen Wilt. She married George Marx Smeltzer in 1921. They had three children. Fay lived her entire life in the state of Illinois.
Fay Smeltzer died in Illinois, USA on 28 May 2004 at the age of 110 years, 114 days. At the time of her death, Smeltzer was one of the oldest living people in the state of Illinois and the United States. She was also in the top 100 oldest living people in the world.
