Biography[]
Feli Noi claimed to have been born in Dutch Guiana (now Suriname) on 5 December 1903.
Following the death of 113-year-old Emma Pobosie on 18 April 2015, Noi was reported by the Central Bureau of Civil Affairs [Dutch: Centraal Bureau voor Burgerzaken] to be the oldest living person in Suriname.
Feli Noi was last confirmed alive on 21 April 2015 in Suriname, at the claimed age of 111 years, 137 days. In March 2016, she went to limbo, as Pikienmai Donoe, who claimed to be a month younger than Noi, was reported to be the oldest living person in Suriname when she died.
