Felice Magliano (2 November 1913 – 19 July 2022) was an Italian centenarian who was one of the oldest World War II veterans.
Biography[]
Magliano was born in San Giovanni a Piro, Salerno, Campania, Italy on 2 November 1913 to Gaetano and Antonia (née Vassallo).
He is the only Italian Military Internee (IMI) of the Salerno province still alive and that's why he received the Medal of Merit in 2018.
Magliano died on 19 July 2022 in Sapri, Salerno, Campania, Italy at the age of 108 years and 259 days. At the time of his death, he was the oldest known living man in Campania and the sixth-oldest known living man in Italy, behind Tripolino Giannini, Salvatore Nardi, Renato Zagaglioni, Michele Cicora, and Biagio Muccio. He is the 3rd oldest man ever to die in Campania
