Ellen Boenig (née Tuttle; 21 October 1905 – 16 April 2017) was an American supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). At the age of 111 years, 177 days old, she was the oldest known living person in Texas upon the death of Corine Snow on 5 December 2016 until her own death.

Ellen Boenig was born as Ellen Mae Tuttle in Oakville, Texas, USA on 21 October 1905, to parents Jerome and Lillie Mae (née Johnson) Tuttle. She married Walter August Boenig on 15 October 1922, 6 days before her 17th birthday, and had at least seven children with him. They were Durwood, Jerome, Vera, Juanita, LaNelle, Walter Jr., and Ord Gary. Ellen's husband Walter Boenig Sr. died in 1968. Vera, Juanita, Ord Gary, and Durwood have now deceased.
Boenig died in Beeville, Texas, USA on 16 April 2017 at the age of 111 years, 177 days.
