Francesco Paba (15 March 1856 – 9 April 1963) was an Italian centenarian, who at time of his death, was the second-oldest man ever from Italy, after Francesco Cubadda.

Francesco Paba was born in Sardinia, Italy on 15 March 1856. He became the oldest known living person in Italy following the death of 107 year-old Marta Cerruti on 5 September 1962.
Francesco Paba died in Sardinia, Italy on 9 April 1963 at the age of 107 years, 24 days. Following his death, then-105-year-old Maria Irrigato became the oldest known living person in Italy, then-105-year-old Francesco Soldati Gabbini became the oldest known living man in Italy and then-106-year-old John Mosley Turner became the oldest known living man in Europe.
