Francisca M. Hernandez (11 May 1815? – July 1941) was a false exaggerated claim. According to her obituary, Hernandez was born in where now Rio Grande City, Texas, USA now stands. If the records are true, Mrs. Hernandez was 21 years old was when The Battle Of The Alamo was fought and when Texas gained its independence from Mexico. And she was 33 years of age when Starr County was formed from Nueces County in 1848. Francisca was born with unnamed parents and a brother named Ceballos who documented this information. Francisca died in her sons house Guadalupe Hernandez who is 65 says Ceballos. If the records are true, Hernandez would died at the age of 126 years, 51–81 days.
