Frank Simes (10 July 1905 – 18 September 2016) was a Turkish-born British supercentenarian who was validated by Oldest in Britain as the oldest living man in the United Kingdom, a title which he gained following the death of 111-year-old Harold Bracher on 13 April 2016. He is the oldest verified person born in modern-day Turkey, although the country did not yet exist when he was born.

Frank Simes was born in Izmir (Smyrna), Asia Minor to Frank and Pauline (née Karakulak) Simes. His father was British-born, while his mother was Turkish. His cousin, Albert Alfred Simes, died aged 102 in 2011 and Frank's sister Alice died in 1995 aged 93/94. Simes married Leontina Vittoria D'Isidoro on 1 December 1932 in Izmir. From 1939 to 1970 he worked for the BBC World Service. In June 2005, he was widowed, after a marriage of 72 years.

Simes died on 18 September 2016 in London, England, at the age of 111 years, 70 days. After his death, the title of Britain's oldest man passed on to John Mansfield, who was born on 14 December 1907.
