Freda H. Bleich (née Klein; 28 November 1894 – 21 December 2004) was an American supercentenarian whose age is validated by Gerontology Research Group (GRG).
Biography[]
Freda Bleich was born in Cleveland, Ohio, USA on 28 November 1894. Her parents were Sinai Klein and Aurelia (née Greenwald) Klein. She lived her entire life in that same state. She married Arthur Bleich in 1929 and had two children: Velma "Cis" Bader (1921–2009) and Monroe Bleich (1918–2002).
Freda Bleich died in Cleveland, Ohio, USA on 21 December 2004 at the age of 110 years, 23 days. She was survived by her daughter Cis Bader, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was one of the oldest people in Ohio as well as the United States at the time of her death. She was also one of the last surviving people in the United States that were born in 1894.
