Georges Thomas (19 November 1911 – 1 June 2024) was a French supercentenarian whose age has been validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). At the time of his death, he was the oldest living man in Europe, as well as second-oldest living man in the world, behind Shi Ping of China. He is also the oldest French man ever recorded.

Georges Thomas was born in Payre, Vienne, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France on 19 November 1911.
In November 2021, he celebrated his 110th birthday, becoming a supercentenarian.
On 15 July 2022, following the death of 111-year-old Andre Boite, he became the oldest known living man in France and Europe.
On 2 April 2024, following the death of 114-year-old Juan Vicente Perez Mora of Venezuela, he became the second-oldest documented living man in the world, behind Shi Ping of China.
On 9 May 2024, at the age of 112 years, 172 days, he surpassed the age of Jules Theobald (1909–2021) of 112 years, 171 days, becoming the oldest French man ever.
Georges Thomas died in Rochefort, Charente-Maritime, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France on 1 June 2024 at the age of 112 years, 195 days. Following his death, then 110-year-old Maurice Le Coutour, became the oldest known living man in France, and then 111-year-old John Tinniswood of the United Kingdom, became the oldest known living man in Europe.
